      Pros

      Good employee benefits Good company vision and policies but a lot is left to the discretion of your line manager who can alter your experience of and within the company if they don't like anything about you. Excellent opportunities in house but line managers can block your opportunities if they make a business case for it even without compensating you.

      Cons

      Opportunities depend on your team manager. Hard work is not rewarded, popularity and internal politics are.

      Bad raises, bad games, a safety culture of talk and no effort

      You get to work as much as you want with no work life balance Ability to do everything since you’ll be stranded at a remote site alone

      Cons

      Sent an email today of raises to the entire company. This email was fake and an internal test. Raises this year were already less than inflation. Company is proud to not plan things. Managers leave on vacation with no handover process or telling employees

      A culturally weak and highly politicised organisation.

      Veolia is a highly politicised and culturally weak organisation. In Australia, at least, the executive leadership team is there to protect themselves and are not interested in employee wellbeing. It has a managing director who mocked the workers' compensation claim of a senior leader who had a heart attack.
