      Team mates are great to work with and very supportive

      Cons

      Company as a whole is disorganised, Upper management make poor decisions time and time again which places a lot of pressure and extra work for staff to get the job done. They do not practice what they preach.

      Iv been doing my job for 17 years and the way iv of been treated is shocking, iv been showed no respect, iv been made to feel worthless and insignificant, iv not been listened to when problems that you created have made the job impossible , and iv been blamed for actions by other people, Solihull is a complete and utter joke , I didn’t want to leave but the way iv been treated I had no choice, for the first time in 17 years the job stressed me out making me have 4 days off with work related stress, iv not had any sick leave for years but I couldn’t handle what I was been subjected too
