      Over work their employees. Too much overtime and long hours with no real reward.

      The pay is nice after all of the overtime but it eats into your personal life. We get training and experience on forklifts, bobcats, pumps, and centrifuges.

      Cons

      Typically working 70 hours per week. Minimal room to advance.
