      Pros

      Some of the people are really nice.

      Cons

      French parent company and that's what they care about. Only get promoted if you are "in" with the right HR or management people. They don't necessarily seem to reward hard work. If you are good at your job its like they want to keep you there so they don't have to pay you more or promote you and lose you doing the current job.

      - Good Autonomy - Great Exposure to clients and travel. - Good immediate team. - Everybody is passionate and committed in situations that can be trying at times.

      Cons

      - Working outside the head office or not being french feels like you are not important - Very little training and support - Business processes are not rigourous or enforced. - Managers often involved heavily in the business function and do not have time to "manage"
