      Good work life balance. Relatively nice working environment and office equipment provided

      Cons

      Poor training in place with no set structure for a graduate entering. Management are poor and most don't work very hard or show any passion to the company. Most of the staff had no respect for the management.

      Too much politics and favoritism. Almost like pointing. Not intereses in the people just business. Management does not have ethics and education.

      Poor training programs High variance in career advancement and atmosphere depending on which business unit you work in; the business units are completely controlled by the general managers with very little corporate oversight.
