Pros

The bonus and the time and a half pay on Sunday's. That is all that's keeping me there right now.

Cons

The management is terrible! They do not listen to you or help you when things get tough (minus 2 out of 12!). This is hard because we need the support. Also many people that work in our store have to have second jobs because the Waitrose wage is a lot less than the other supermarkets. Waitrose isn't as 'partner focused' as they make out.

Pros

For retail they do look after you. There are lots of things they will pay money for The bonus is a profit share and not targeted

Cons

People don't leave so getting promotion can be slow! The systems that are used on the shop floor are slow and out of date. There seems to a move away from being shop keepers Head office will not let things be changed.
