Pros

Colleagues are friendly and recommend driving for deliveries if you can

Cons

Company no longer cares about their workers if they ever really did. The amount expected of each partner more than doubled in just rhe time I was there with no increase in pay. The path upwards means working for months or years taking on extra responsibilities for no extra pay. Then when you finally get offered a supervisor role even that doesn't come with a pay rise.

Pros

Throughout my educational journey Waitrose has supported me. I has given me fairly stress free environment to work in with a decent pay. I was able to transfer between branches upon moving to university too.

Cons

The only downside would be the flexible working however I was perfectly happy to work weekends due to only doing 16 hours a week
