Pros

Well know company and the pay isn't too bad. You can wear your own clothes even a hooded outdoor jacket as its so cold especially working by the chilled goods.

Cons

Long hours with only one break. Some people don't say hello or interact with you unless you approach them. You are not given enough time to learn the ropes and feel the pressure to work quicker in different areas before your familiar with the layouts. Cold store heating turned off to save money plus no uniform provided especially for working in the chiller fridge which is unacceptable. Cold water to wash your hands after touching dirty boxes. Most night staff wore earpods so no talking just long silent shifts really. Workday takes some getting use to if you've never used it before. The great work place culture you hear about is very exaggerated as everyone seemed very serious or just felt the pressure to empty the cages and get on with it . One of the worse jobs I've had very bad on your knees and especially your back. If you want to work continuously for 9+ hours dragging cages, lifting boxes, stocking shelves in a cold environment go for it.

Pros

It's a job, I suppose.

Cons

Workers are pushed to work even if they are unwell, and if they take time off sick they are scrutinised and punished. The pay is atrocious for the amount of work the staff have to put in and management do not care about their workers.
