Pros

Really look after their staff with many benefits for all levels. Being a partnership gives a really communal feel and everybody looks out for each other

Cons

Lengthy training programmes that have to be retaken every time you leave and come back which is frustrating if you're a uni worker who only comes back in the holidays

Pros

Pay for night shift staff is pretty good. You are very busy so time goes quickly. Lots of staff perks/ discounts.

Cons

None really. Everyone was always friendly. Lots of agency staff though and not that many permanent staff, probably due to the unsociable hours.
