Pros

Waitrose is a very inclusive company that always looks out for the wellbeing of it's employees. The company has a special way of treating it's staff and in return they perform.

Cons

I have to work Sundays but at least I get time-and-a-half so that makes it all better.

Pros

Treated fairly and looked after when you have a problem. Given creative responsibility and the chance to implement own ideas. Motivated and happy team who inspire you.

Cons

Sometimes too much is asked of you with little or no reward e.g staying for two hours with no pay or time back then being made to feel bad for actually going home. It's too much and if you do it once you are expected to do it every time.

Pros

Great experience in dealing with customers, and providing a great service. Further, working with partners who want to grow the business together and make it a fun and loving environment to work in.

Cons

Progression is very minimal if working part time.
