Pros

Co-workers were great to work with and very welcoming. Pay was good at any level and working for a partnership is a vastly different experience to most other jobs.

Cons

Very little to say. I was a little cold sometimes but that's to be expected when working the refrigerated aisles.

Great team of people, pay is good if you include bonus and the perks are great including various discounts both instore, at John Lewis and other places too.

Cons

Current situation in terms of recruiting is slow meaning can often be understaffed and asked to work at short notice- while you are not oblidged to, guilt can often lead to a cancellation of your plans.
