Pros

Discount and bonus was good (although I don't think they even offer the latter anymore)

Cons

Inflexible with shift patterns, holiday often got rejected. Terrible management who seemingly enjoyed making their employees lives hell. Felt like an extension of school with stupid and unnecessary policies and rules with the gossiping and politics to match. Safe to say, I didn't stay long.

Pros

Staff Discount Lots of hours available

Cons

Rubbish on boarding process. Little more than minimum wage for backbreaking work No longer paying bonus. Poor communication. Poorly maintained (sometimes dangerous) vans. Management treat staff as if kids - constant threats of disciplinary if you put a foot wrong.
