Pros

Benefits, reasonably good pay for a part-time job. Also the bonus (or whats left of it).

Cons

Management is diabolical and you are expected to do a lot more than the job actually describes. You will receive training when they decide to give you it and will likely receive no training on important areas of the business.

Pros

good partnership values in company, good discounts and bonuses, food subsidies for breaks were good, average holiday allowance given to staff members

Cons

minumum breaks would always try to give a split shift/hour lunch so had to be unpaid, pay was minimal for area, worked both in london and outside and pay increase for london was insignificant, still unable to live even with wage and student loan, no opportunities to progress in company

Pros

Good pay Bonus every year (around 10-25% of your yearly earnings) Treated well

Cons

Few opportunities for progression Getting time off was very difficult, and the manager's favourites had an unfair advantage.
