Pros

- Clean environment - Strong work ethic - Ambitious company

Cons

- My section managers were quite rude (the department manager was lovely, though) - They took a month to send me my uniform even after I had started - They didn't tell me what section I was going to be working on until I started - I said I couldn't work weekends and they gave me weekends

Pros

Very competitive salary increasing after 3 months with a performance review. Team is made of devoted passionate partners and you are made to feel like part of the company. Training is abundant with real opportunity to learn new skills If desired. Benefits far exceed any other company I have worked with. Work load for the job is very light.

Cons

Sometimes I think that team leaders need some more guidance as they can become complacent. During summer you work work with less knowledgeable younger partners who don't share the same passion as older team members.
