Diversity is poor, as a minority with MBA I didn't receive growth opportunities Top Management may support diversity but the message gets lost by middle management Extended working hours shifts bid quarterly base on production stack doesn't offer a good life-working balance Against international Business, there is not appetite for global business. Recently divested from Latin America operations, a lot of inefficiencies servicing international clients. Very bad experience finding a position to replace my role supporting our International Business Development

- Wells Fargo truly cares about the employee. - Can work at home based on your need. - Time off is given when you need it. - Excellent Benefits with at least 6 different medical plans to choose from. - Management is very understanding and sensitive to what is happening in your personal life. - Everyone is cross trained on multiple jobs. - Knowledge is shared. - Excellent communication from the top all the way down. - Plenty of room for advancement and professional growth. - They find a position that meets your skills and leverage the best out of you.

Cons

- Inter-Department communication on deployment changes to employees and customers needs some work. - Low on desk space. Some employees are using huddle rooms as offices.
