Pros

The training for our department was very good in DRFP. Made a user guide for anyone to use it even if you have never done a mortgage before.

Cons

Doesnt look out for its employees no mater what they say. Been with the company for 20 years and been on 3 Service Excellence trip and been nominated over 20 times for Service Excellence award. Had a house fire and adopted 3 kids. Informed them I had no computer when I asked for help they wouldn't help, so my boss had to try to help since HR wouldn't help for assistance. Then I come back from leave from adoption three kids they give me a bad review on my midyear. (I was only back for 2 weeks to rate me). While I am dealing with the house fire and my 1 kid is in the hospital dealing with mental health, I come back and Well Fargo, lays me off within 30 seconds of me sitting down in my chair. Then I was told by an employee that other managers said part of the reason why I was laid off was because I was old and I wouldn't change my ways as a manager. I am 47 years old, I am not old. I just do not have proof to back up the claim because other employees.

Pros

I was permitted to work remotely as needed from 2014-2017 as a Disabled person who had returned to work. This allowed me to work full time and work from home when my medical condition prohibited me from driving to work.

Cons

In 2018, I was hospitalized for a few days and then had to work from home for a few weeks. Management illegally took away my approved remote work, stating that I had to be managed in person, which was a lie. The manager was rarely available and was not one to go to about how to get things processed. He just wanted me off his payroll. As a result of this illegal action, despite complaining to HR, I was forced to go on the companies disability policy. According to my lawyer I would have won the court case, had I sued, but the award money received would have reduced the disability policy I was receiving, so I dropped it. Also, I knew of many hourly employees who were forced to work overtime by their manager and were not permitted to submit the overtime hours. I reported this to HR as well and nothing was done about this situation either.
