Questionable Ethics

Pros

There are staff at Wells who want to perform ethically

Cons

Many of the executives are leftovers from other banking institutions who continue to uphold a “do as I say not as I do” approach to management. I regularly experienced managers reprimanding staff using vulgar language, using double standards, and harassment. There are internal methods to combat such behavior, however these functions unfortunately succumb to the same pressures.

Woke beyond words

Business Outlook

Pros

New offices on the horizon. Relaxed working environment with no real focus on deadlines or priorities.

Cons

Woke beyond belief. Ruled by staff in the UK who have oversight of every aspect of the bank. Nil growth despite continuously being told the bank is growing.
