Pros

Good infrastructure Great salary Good working hours

Lower managment lacks leader ship skills It feels team leadnl orsr engineers are promoted to Associate managers here. Associate manager are very partial towards thier favourites New hires are selected on basis of references and partiality basis amd not on skills or talent.
