Pros

Honestly, I did not find any real pros during my time here.

Cons

Absolutely no team culture inside the office. Everyone works in silos with no collaboration. Managers act like mere messengers of senior leadership without any authority to make independent decisions. Mandatory 3 days of office per week, even if you have valid emergencies or have already taken leaves management still expects you to show up. Company is highly unstable; there are regular discussions around bankruptcy, and leadership often hints that employees should start looking for better opportunities outside. Townhalls are demotivating; instead of sharing future growth strategies, leaders only focus on cost-cutting measures every single time. No vision or strategic planning from leadership just endless cost-cutting talks. At senior and manager levels, most people focus only on creating dependency on themselves, not on building a healthy team. Micromanagement is extremely common there is no trust in employees' abilities. Zero transparency in decision-making, promotions, or raises. Workload is highly unbalanced, and appreciation is rare to nonexistent. HR policies keep changing without proper communication, creating confusion among employees. Very poor work-life balance due to unrealistic expectations and unplanned tasks dumped at the last minute.

Pros

If you are their favourites You will only grow here else not.

Cons

New Leaders in Pune daviated the company from its track. They live in their own world . Hired all their old friends in leadership position and made a lobby . No work life balance in company. Spend 8 hours in office on desk .. 3 hours in traffic and then rest of the night in calls . Even after spending 12-14 hours that you will not see any growth here. They will hire their old friends and place on top of your hierarchy . Salary increase is not happening at all . Bonus not increasing . No work from home .

Pros

Non Existent. The Org is a cess pool of Office Politics.

Cons

Dislikes Everything. You will learn about Office Politics more than you would of your own trade craft. Working hours are horrible and the fun fact is you are expected to strech as that is part of your role. An Associate Manager has 0 authority. They are glorified PAs is all regards. The absolute sorry state of affair is that the management doesn't even consider ratings given by AMs. Calibrated ratings(revised) are pushed down from upper management and then we are tasked to justify why someone got a bad rating despite him/her having worked for 60-65hrs/week. An employee who after jumping through all the hoops if manages to get top rating the monetary benefits he would get will be a meager 2-3% difference in comparison to someone who got average rating. They are promoting mediocrity. Employee dissatisfaction is of no consequence, under the pretence of cost cutting, they will get rid of entire job functions, but magically they have the buffer to hire more and more Directors and VP, whose compensation is by no means a joke. Their strategy to evolve has fell flat on its face. The stock is tanking, customers are unhappy, their own staff is unhappy but somehow when we join Town Halls everyone and everything is just doing awesome, some propaganda this is. The problem is systemic and at this point has metastasised. First step to solving any problem is to acknowledge that there is one. Introspection is required from all grades above 13, if so many people are having issues and escalating then maybe there is some merit to it. There is an exodus in play in terms of talent leaving the organisation. Feel sorry for this brand who was once the most sought after job provider in the market. 0/10 would not recommend to join here. There are better ways to sabotage your own career, don't consider this one as an option.
