Pros

Nothing is good at Western Union.

Cons

Extreme politics done by seniors and architects takes credits for the work done by juniors who are in the pond of wesern union since very long, who having no idea about the actual technologie, very egoistic, immature and always open for aunty type gossips about others, boot lickers of leaders because they don't work and this is what they can do. Managers are not exceptions here, on the contrary, the situation is even worse. Technical managers have no technical skills, management skills, and even basic presentation or speaking skills. They are extremely process-oriented, with a service-based mentality and a 'Yes Boss' attitude towards leadership. People from here are far behind the stardards of technology, thinking, work and many things. Due to this worst work culture, no process, employee suffers a lot and there is no work life balance. Company is performing very bad, every product the new CEO launched has failed. Leadership presssurize to do things, if it is failure all blame goes to employees, it's a management, leadership failed but they can't take it they will save their position, many leaders and people are like this in Western Union. Overall worst company if you are planning to join, all above things make a hostile work culture for an employee to work.

Pros

Flexible time off Woke life balance All this completely depends on management

Cons

The CEO seems to thrive on harassment, conflict, and bullying. The executives he has brought in seem to follow this. Marketing executive has only brought in male leaders who actually do no work. They fire the few people that are respected and smart, leaving the people who do work to just be in fear of being bullied. The ceo is a total micromanager which at that level shows his focus can never grow a company. You know when you see people crying on a daily basis, this is not a good place to be.

Pros

No work Pressure Good perks Office Infrastructure

Cons

I was fired within 3 months of my Joining on the name of change in company strategy along with few other team member. None of the employee is safe here, can be asked to leave any moment. My Manager and Director was asked to leave within a day after giving several valuable years to this company. Management is very dynamic and they often keep changing the strategy on the name of business. This might help them to run their business but from employee perspective, this company is not at all safe to work. One fine day when i was in a meeting to bring efficiency in the process, i received an invite to meet with HR at 3 pm and within an hour i was asked to put down the paper or else threat of being termination with no salary and relieving letter. When i raised few query about my termination then HR termed it as a bad behavior and threatened me to destroy my future corporate life in terms of corporate language. Hiring HR often misguide you on about the job security on the name of being a product based company.
