Pros

Don’t have any to add.

Cons

Seriously overworked and people are leaving left and right. It will be years before the overwork now will benefit the company. By then, we’ll be too burned out to have stayed around. So, who will want to come work here?

Pros

Overall they have good benefits.

Cons

There is a reason why they have so many available positions. Middle management is the worst. Also I was supposed to be in a sales position but most of the time I was chasing the support people because they are are mediocre at best. Earning commissions is near impossible and the basic is not that great. Run the other way!!!

Pros

Good insight to the inner workings of a global brand. They are market leaders at what they do and have been for quite some time. There are many different departments and the company would be quite willing to see you move internally if you feel it will be a good fit for you. Earning potential in sales can be very good if you find the right opportunity.

Cons

I was a part of the graduate scheme and to be honest it seemed like a bit of a shambles. No real clear, defined structure to it all and it honestly felt like a mistake making this my first step into the corporate world. Management structure was poor. As a salesperson, commission and sales performance were tied completely to that of your manager. It really is luck of the draw as to who you worked for.

We understand that leadership critically impacts the organization, so we hold our leaders to the highest standards. We appreciate your insights and will look for ways to share this feedback with those who can help drive impactful change. We wish you much success on the next part of your career journey.
