Pros

There honestly were no pros for me upon leaving, other than some nice co-workers.

Cons

Too many to list... Would not recommend at all. They do not help you develop, do not pay well comparatively to other companies for similar roles, the leadership is the worst I have ever experienced, they are always so incredibly negative and there are only opportunities for very few to grow within any organization.

Pros

Well known company. Offer tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Budget cuts have taken away almost all benefits and perks. They are forcing employees to come into the office at least 3 days per week, even when sick, snowstorm, or on vacation. If you miss a day you have to make it up or you will be docked pay and/or bonus. Company is short staffed with little effort to backfill positions.

Thank you for leaving a review. We know the changes our organization is going through have led to some difficult decisions, and we support each employee during this time. Our hybrid work model allows us to successfully deliver on our Evolve 2025 strategy. Coming to the office improves our ability to work together to resolve issues, innovate, and deliver—this means fewer email chains and more real-time interactions. Should you wish to discuss anything further, we recommend you speak directly with your manager or share your thoughts through our Western Union Listens survey.
