Pros

A year ago I would have had some pros. Since the new CEO started, this has changed.

Cons

It’s going from bad to worse. Old product. Can’t compete in fast marketplace. Too many barriers to innovation. So many good people leaving to better jobs.

Pros

Diverse company, great experience learning and navigating a highly political environment

Cons

Leadership cannot make decisions, HR is horrible, no growth strategies, highly toxic environment, layoffs, no loyalty, company constantly saving cost by hiring abroad which creates issues -you get what you pay for. Poor managers are ruling with no vision, employees are not trained well or developed.

Pros

The company makes a positive difference in so many communities around the world. Lots of female leadership and global diversity. The benefits are amazing. Lots of medical benefit options that are partially subsidized. 401k match is nice. The DEI groups are great. Some really great talent at all levels.

Cons

The company can’t decide if they want to operate like a utility company or a tech company. Lots of policies, processes and approaches that won’t allow the company to keep up with the labor market shifts and stay competitive in their main locations.
