Pros
* Almost top of the market compensation w/ stock options and retention bonuses now that its part of DoorDash * Some of the best people in the industry * Massive opportunity for personal growth. Most top management is in their 30s. * Fantastic Berlin office and option and support to work remotely * Very high level of autonomy - you make all the decisions with the team and can challenge existing ones too, you own stuff you build * Lots of fun things happening in the office and free food * Supportive leaders when you're stressed out by offering reduced hours and change of teams, etc
Cons
Things are chaotic in some teams because they're starting from scratch recently. Easy to get burned out if you don't stop yourself from overworking. A bit of Amazon and Zalando culture which could be improved - I think it's not uncommon to not make it past 1 year here.
