Long process, online test then interview but a lot of time just waiting around. They do ask a lot of questions regarding previous job roles and what you can bring to booking.

Interview
The whole process is of 5 steps. First Online Application and Assessment (approx. 1 hour 50 minutes) then telephone interview ( approx. 30 minutes) then English test, role play & 1:1 interview at the main office (approx. 4-5 hours).
The management is very friendly, London office looks fantastic. I was interviewed at Booking.com (London, England) in April 2016.

Interview
Online questions (took about 1-2 hours with personality test, customer service related questions and grammar questions in English and one other language) phone interview (20-30 minutes) and about 2-3 hours onsite interview (first you meet the customer service manager, then a quality person that will take you around the office, then a 30 min skills test in the languages that you will be working with, after that a CSE will come in the conference room and show you how are the calls that you usually get, an interview with 2 leads and another interview to test your second language.
