Booking.com Language Specialist interview questions

I was contacted by email. They sent a link to an online language test I had to complete before any further steps would be taken. The test was averagely difficult, but you certainly need to be a native speaker to be able to complete it successfully.

The interview process had four stages: 1. Translation test 2. Phone Screening interview 3. Online interview with 2 team leaders 4. Online interview with 2 team leaders After submitting the application I got an invitation to do a translation test online. The test was timed. A couple of days after the test I got an invitation for the phone interview with a HR. It was a short screening interview. A couple of days after this, I received an invitation for an online video interview with two team leaders. This was a longer, in-depth interview. In the end I also met the other team members. The last interview was similar to the second one. The whole process took about three weeks. Instructions were clear and communication worked really well. All the interviewers were very polite and encouraging. A very positive experience.
