Capital One Branch Ambassador interview questions

The interview process starts with online 2 online assessments and a video interview if you pass the assessments. The questions were basic behavioral questions, practice before you start recording. I interviewed with 2 managers and they went over my experience and more behavioral questions. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and be engaged.

I applied online and was invited to take a skills assessment. The assessment was pretty much customer service scenarios and money counting. A few days later I was sent a link to complete a one way interview This interview was about how you work in teams and collaboration scenarios. Finally I was invited for an in person interview. I met with two lovely ladies who made me feel right at home. There were a lot of smiles and laughter during my interview. I received and offer from my recruiter within 2 business days. I was happy with the compensation and the on boarding process. All the next steps were outlined clearly.
