Capital One Business Manager interview questions

First round was a screening with recruiter and second round was a case. Didn’t pass that round but if I did there is a super day with 3 interviews and after that they make an offer. Overall the process was straightforward and the cases are way easier than consulting. I didn’t perform as well in the interview because I over complicated the case
