Capital One Relationship Banker interview questions

At the start of the phone interview the recruiter did not inform me that this call was an actual interview. So I thought she was only going to ask a few clearance questions so I did not keep my notebook infront of me. When she fired the questions at me I was puzzled & may have be short in my answers. But I answered the questions to my best. During the face to face interview it was very formal as I had expected.

first : phone interview, they explain the position, give you a list of banks where you can be placed, then, a 1:1 interview at the branch with the Branch manager. The whole interview was cool
