Interview
First they call you and ask you a few questions. Next they will ask you for your email and send you an online program that will test your exell, word, and powerpoint skills. Following you passing with a good grade you will be asked to meet the talent coordinator for an interview. After that you will meet with the performance manager of the specific group you have applied to, (tax, audit, advisory) for a 2nd interview and finally you will meet with one of the head partners in the group you would be working for and possible a senior manager or another admin in the group that you will be working closely with.

Interview
The interview process was the same as most. I found out about the position through a recruiter my former manager worked with.
I initially met with the hiring manager at KPMG. She eventually became my performance manager and would be the person responsible for my raises and bonuses. However, I saw her about three times/year and never worked with her 1:1 once I was hired. I digress. After meeting the hiring manager, she set up interviews with the 3 Directors I would be supporting. After meeting with all three directors, the hiring manager decided to hire me on a temp-to-perm basis. Eventually, after 4 months of working with the directors, they hired me full time.

Interview
Interview process was relatively painless. The first part was over the phone with HR. I did some skills testing. They did a background check. I met face to face with the performance manager as well as the partner I would be supporting
