After passing the online tests, the next stage will be a 3 minute audio submission or voice recording with a few guiding questions to answer. The audio submission outcome decides if you make it to the AC. There are 3 exercises in AC, group work, 1:1 interview with associate and report writing. AC was very engaging but would say report writing was most pressurising.

First there was a written assessment, then an interview with the HR manager, very laid back and friendly. The whole interview lasted 30 minutes.
