The interview process of KPMG first involves an online assessment, followed by a round of HR phone interview. In the phone interview, the HR mainly asks about basic information and some questions related to the resume. Then comes the Super Day, which includes two rounds of one-on-one interviews. During these interviews, the interviewers will dig deep into the resume, conduct behavioral interviews, and also ask some professional questions. The whole interview process is quite relaxed.
The person asked very few questions, such as my experience in Marketing. The interview was a lot shorter than I expected, with no difficult or tricky questions that I'd come to expect from a big 4.
