Interview
Excellent, they were very informative about the position. Really cared about the individual, aka me who they were interviewing. They were extremely attentive to queries I had and problems that arose from my end. I Couldn’t have asked for a more streamlined process.
A pain free process that was efficient and informative. From initial call to offer all expectations were managed and it was a professional but personal approach throughout. The interviews were thorough, over three stages (a screening call and then two further rounds) but these were all two-way conversations and gave a really good insight into Lightspeed. I got to meet multiple different members of the Lightspeed team which really helped inform my decision.
