You apply to a role and recieve a link to 2 online assessements about behavioural/situational questions, as well as maths et logics. If you pass these two tests, you get to go through 3 interviews (online usually) with IT colleagues from the company (usually from the office you're applying to). Questions are behavioural and situational. Finally you get to do a technical interview, it usually is a online coding screening about a data science case, goal is to check your problem-solving skills and ability to write code.
