Procter & Gamble Data Scientist interview questions

Had a phone screen with the usual questions (past projects, why P&G, etc.) Decided not to continue, job seemed to have a certain kind of hustler character I didn't see myself being around.

Personality and logic test, then a part of visual memory which honestly left me speechless: you have to remember across multiple sessions the position of colored dots on a screen, and you have like 5 seconds to do so... in an interview for data scientist, being evaluating on something like this is quite humiliating, You will have good chances if you are a gamer and fast with your mouse tho, maybe they want to hire call of duty players
