Fantastic!!! The process was smooth and easy. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I always wanted to travel and see the world, which I did and it was fun. So many people and I've meet who were fantastic!!

I was questioned by my superiors about what my qualifications were. I was asked how I would make the unit better. I was asked my opinion on how to better their low morale. I was also asked what my thoughts were on the new EPR system. I was also asked how I would deal with conflict and what my process was to overcome it.

Timed and direct. Make sure you understand what is means to serve... The mission will come first or you will likely have problems. The mission will include the Air Force team and making sure you take your troops and mold them into your replacement. Best of luck, it truly was an adventure.
