Waitrose Customer Service interview questions

Pretty straightforward, based on customer service and Waitrose ethos. Easy to revise for and wasn't too challenging. Took place at the branch I applied for, managed to get a tour of the building whilst there which was good too.

In-depth application with tests with group and one to one interviews implemented. Confidence is very key and not to be shy to ask questions and understand better. Don’t be afraid to answer questions and show your personality, demonstrate what makes you special and different from other candidates.
