Pros

Scheduling flexibility Decent starting pay Employee discount is great on electronic accessories Good school partnerships Great departments leads

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunity Employee discount is not so great for core items. Full time hours, but only part time benefits Breaks are too short. Often scheduled in multiple departments instead of your own. Management turnaround is high, making the work environment very inconsistent.
