      Pros

      Bitpanda is a great company to work at. The team is young an agile. The managers are very eager to bring the company forward. The peoples team is working hard to give the employees all they need such as benefits, home office option, work-life balance, the health of the employee's body and mind are very important to Bitpanda. The salary is good and you can grow it and your personal career fast if you want to. The office is very nice, new and newly renovated with differnt types of work areas. The founders of the company run it, so you can feel that their hearts are in it. The work environement is amazing for beginners and experienced people. Definitely the best company I have worked so far. A personal comment: Bitpanda has been not only decent but exemplary in the face of my cancer. The company has gone more than the extra mile to help me and my family. As a human resources and legal professional, I know from other employers how they handle such situations and that Bitpanda acted honourably. Bitpanda values its employees very much. (However, the above evaluation is mainly based on my experience before the diagnosis when I could still be active full-time.)

      Cons

      As Bitpanda is in a hyper growth phase it's employees are confronted with many changes in quick succession. It can happen that a lot of time is spent on a project that is not needed. This also leads to confusing internal processes that can disrupt work. Teams grow quickly, which can be a challenge for some. It doesn't get boring and one can definatly make an impact.

      Amazing people and perks - poor management

      Pros

      Cool offices, friendly people, good pay. If you are an intern or junior you will enjoy it.

      Cons

      Lots of management that are new to managing and do a poor job, large culture of passing the blame and not accepting responsibility. Very cut throat in the mid to senior level.

      Amazing recruitment process - fantastic first impression

      Pros

      I had a fantastic recruiting and onboarding experience. My first impression of the company culture and the leadership team is absolutely great.

      Cons

      This company is going from startup to "grown-up" in record time. So of course some processes are not perfect yet but improvements are made on a daily basis.
