      Mis-sold graduate scheme, no job at the end of a long unpaid training

      Friendly bunch of graduates you get to meet.

      Cons

      DON'T SIGN THAT CONTRACT - (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) 1- Definitely not in the same league as their competitors, they have no wide client base and their training is wholly based on self-learning whereby graduates are endlessly reading academic text-books, then eventually get examined. 2- The most painful truth is that at the end of all that learning there isn't a job offer and no call from their dedicated recruitment team who are supposed to be placing trained graduates with one of their "FANCY CLIENTS", this problem is found across all streams whether Developers, Testers or Business Analysts. 3- Supervisors can be moody at times and difficult to get along with.

      Pros

      - Free transportation facility. Capita, Kalyaninagar, Pune has free pick up and drop facility for the employees. - They have started India Development Center (IDC) as the product development facility and have some really good software developers and Business Analysts.

      Cons

      - IT product development facility on BPO premises. - BPO mentality. - BPO policies. - Joining Capita will ruin your career. - They might offer good salary hike at the time of joining but internal increments are worth less than peanuts. - Managers lack experience. They are unable to put forth their views to the UK team. They always say YES to every demand of the UK team. - No personal and no professional growth. No financial growth as well.

      Pros

      The relatively new CEO is clearly making some much needed improvements: better technology, greater communication, enhanced HR practices and a logical organisational structure. There is a degree of flexible working and the new offices are nice and in a great location.

      Cons

      Too much adherence to antiquated policies that make you feel more like a number than someone who is valued. Below market pay and incentives. At times it feels like you're only part of a small division rather than a big company with broader goals and ambitions. Knowledge management and sharing experiences is hard to find.
