Pros

Training given in egotistical supremecy while demonstrating apathy.

Cons

For hypocrisy, bad ethics, a lack of supoort, poor planning, uneducated and disorganised management, rubbish training, very poor audits and business assurance, blame shifting to low level employees, laziness, inaccurate instructions and of course the old favourite : company progression and advancenent by cup size and ability to enter into "personal" relationships at company events. Little to zero HR professionalism, very high staff turnover, the management team are disconnected and more about the "drinking culture" than professionalism and results. Oh and lies... Dont forget the lies you can become an expert in dishonesty with regular exposure to the same in constant meetings which change nothing. Truncated operating model where rules and integrity don't matter if your friends with the right "people". If working here was like being in a grand prix race, at capita its like you are not taught to drive, then put in banger of a car with three flat tyres and sugar in the gas tank. While the pit lane colleagues have a party, you are responsible for winning the race at ANY cost. Your co pilot gives you wrong directions because he has been given the wrong map but somehow you make it on your wits round the course and finally you limp up to the finish line. Here you are met by the chief mechanic, designer and owners and they congratulate each other on how well they did even though technically you came in last. When noones looking they "fix" the scoreboard to show their sponsors you came in first and then they are off to spray champagne on each other. Biggest con... Youll be embarrassed when people ask what you do for a living

Pros

Since it's a client based, so no laptops. That's why Work life balance was ok. Except that don't see any.

Cons

Where do i start. 1) Compensation is way way lower than industry standards 2) No ethics no morality 3) Even at this time of COVID-19 outbreak where most companies are giving Work from Home option, still this company asks employee to come to office and still as of today no decision/arrangement is done by the management to explore WFH option. 4) No Business Continuity Plan in place which is really bad at this era. 5) No one bothers about the safety of employee, they just needs numbers and productivity. 6) Sick leaves are considered as a negative aspect while rating and annual appraisal (i don't even have words to say). 7) Sr Managers/Ops are totally clueless about everything. Worst leadership i have ever seen. 8) People got fired overnight.

Pros

Work from home and that's all

Cons

Was employed which manager knew I needed more experience. I worked really hard and proved I am a fast learning but that was enough. She told me a monkey could do my job (knowing that I am a black woman). I felt belittled and racially abused by her. She made my life hell and caused a lot of stress. No diversity in the team as I was the only black person in all the meetings I attended. How I wish I could state the name of the manager.
