"Crapita" - Avoid for senior roles

They paid the salary on time, some great people to work with, trying their best.

Cons

Where to start? In the business I worked in we have had 4 CEOs in 3 years, every key position in the leadership team has seen 2-3 people in it. The staff are treated appallingly. They will not pay to get the right people into fix the clients problems. There is huge inter-business unit rivalry and not in a good way. The Capita's Board support to the business leadership team is none existent.

There is good camaraderie and banter in some teams.

Cons

This employer has a reputation for being awful to work for and now I know why. Management treat the adult staff like petulant school children. Beyond the façade, you quickly realise the employees are simply numbers and disposable. Only work here if you are desperate.
