No growth. You are stuck and won’t grt promoted unless you’re someone’s favourite. The HRSS process is the worst. The male managers give promotions to female employees. So if you are a man and no matter how hard you work, you will not be given a promotion because you’re not a woman. The male managers promote women and instead have an affair with them, even if they’re married! Totally unprofessional and disgraceful. And to top it off the senior management claims that they have a good work culture. Lastly, the company has not given the annual increment. The efforts of all the employees for 2023 has gone waste. They were supposed to give increment in March 2024 but because they had a loss and they wanted to make up for it, they are giving our increment in Jan 2025 and it will be in a figure equal to all which is unfair. They want you to work with 100% motivation even after all these situations.
