We really appreciate you sharing that positive experience. Your point about breaks is important. All colleagues should receive the breaks they are entitled to, and it is something we take seriously because rest and wellbeing are a key part of working safely and fairly. If you ever feel you are not getting the right breaks, it is always worth raising it with your Store Manager or a Team Leader so they can look into what is happening and make sure the right support is in place.

We appreciate you sharing the positives from your experience with us. Your comments about security and training are important and we take them seriously. Safety in our stores is a priority and we continue to invest in our Safer Colleagues Safer Communities work. This includes encouraging colleagues to report any incidents or concerns straight away so we can respond quickly, as well as providing practical tools like body worn cameras, upgraded in store technology and clearer processes to help people feel more confident day to day. Your feedback on training is also helpful. We know colleagues feel more supported when training is consistent and easy to follow, and we are continuing to build this into how we welcome and develop new starters across stores.
