Thank you so much for your fabulous five star rating. It is wonderful to hear that you have found the workspace friendly, the team supportive and the flexibility helpful. Knowing you are enjoying the environment and the people you work with really means a lot. We also appreciate you mentioning the busier times and the occasional changes to shifts. Stores can have peaks that make the pace a bit quicker, and shift patterns sometimes need to adapt to meet demand. We always aim to give colleagues as much notice and clarity as possible so the balance works well for everyone. Thank you again for such a positive review and for being part of the team. It is great to hear you are having such a good experience with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is great to hear that you have found the role straightforward and that you can switch off once your work is done. We really appreciate you sharing that positive experience. Your point about breaks is important. All colleagues should receive the breaks they are entitled to, and it is something we take seriously because rest and wellbeing are a key part of working safely and fairly. If you ever feel you are not getting the right breaks, it is always worth raising it with your Store Manager or a Team Leader so they can look into what is happening and make sure the right support is in place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It is really good to hear that you enjoyed the friendly environment, the 30% Co-op colleague member discount and the hours you worked. We appreciate you sharing the positives from your experience with us. Your comments about security and training are important and we take them seriously. Safety in our stores is a priority and we continue to invest in our Safer Colleagues Safer Communities work. This includes encouraging colleagues to report any incidents or concerns straight away so we can respond quickly, as well as providing practical tools like body worn cameras, upgraded in store technology and clearer processes to help people feel more confident day to day. Your feedback on training is also helpful. We know colleagues feel more supported when training is consistent and easy to follow, and we are continuing to build this into how we welcome and develop new starters across stores. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Hearing honestly about both the positives and the challenges helps us keep improving for colleagues and customers.
