Come to work and and go home without taking work with you.entry level job

Cons

If you like being Micro managed then this is the place for you. No development of your skills by management. Team leaders spend more time out at lunch and socialising than leading their team. Poor communication from management. No room for development or promotions unless you know high level managers. When picking up overtime if you need to cancel it - they will Mark you as absent.

It's a job that's still available amid a pandemic

Cons

Training is a myth Not paid for hours work Expected to work without pay before and after every shift No paid breaks 12 hour shift = 1 hour break total No way to raise concerns No answers to anything ever Impossible Targets Managers threaten employees Managers degrade and make fun of employees HR is a myth Bonus is a myth Systems are utterly broken Expected to sell to everyone even customers who are irate with legitimate issues you are told to ignore their problems and sell Many things are promised nothing delivered Subject to multiple performance reviews based on impossible targets Turn over rate is ridiculous No mental health support No sick days No progression unless you were originally hired by a manager Experience ignored Skills ignored Managers will make up things to get rid of people Whole management team is heartless
