Cons
Stressful reactive environment rather than proactive probably due to nature of contracted business. Training and hiring process simply too easy going leading to lack of quality hence bad public image through word of mouth particularly around north Belfast. Furthermore, multiple stories about people being underpaid, bonus being stripped undeservingly sick pay avoided and even maternity pay not being paid when individuals have been told they will be complete regardless of turnover rate employees will keep leaving if they feel they aren’t trusted. Also referral systems promising monetary reward again not actually following through with what was said to the employee ; HR and budgeting seem awful however this can’t be blamed on individual campaigns.
