Pros

Healthcare insurance, bonuses, paid training and PTO

Cons

Pay is too little for what the agents on the humana pharmacy project have to do, overtime has been taken away by humana pharmacy and there is little room for sick days unless you have PTO saved up sometimes the TLs are not very trained especially not enough to lead a team

Concentrix is people-focused. They make sure that all its staffs are taken care of especially during the pandemic.

Cons

can't say anything bad about the company. That's how good my experience from them was.
