Pros

I stayed here in the company because of how the career is growing, develop good communication skills. Provide competitive benefits and incentives, very inclusive especially to our families. Because we are one concentrix.

Cons

Hope they will provide a free ride from gates to buildings. Give agents a free to use gym for body fitness and free medical, dental thru hmo. HMO should free independents as well.
