Pros

Working from home not much else is a pro

Cons

I contract with a separate work from home company for almost 5 years and I am a team lead or supervisor if you will.. I had my first day of training and the 2 instructors was unorganized called everyone names because everyone was basically confused because there was no clear instructions on what we was doing one instructor said one thing the other said another..the main instructor was caughing and burping not muting her mic..she was ordering her pizza while she was clocked in working and supposed to be instructing the helper instructor was on pills or drunk she was slurring her speech bad the session was not recorded..they was both very condescending to everyone rather than helpful...I have never seen anyone at our company I contract for act near anything like that!! after working one day with this company I greatly appreciate EVEN MORE the company I have contracted with for 5 years we are way more professional and postive and want to help people and not degrade people.. concentrix could use some upper management training skills horrible experience with this company thus far.

Pros

Worst job ever. Cocentrix comes into towns like Johnstown where there their are no jobs and want to pay nothing. The trainers will tell you other sites get like what you make plus 150 attendance bonuses. Plus 500 for good surveys. Really great for morale. However at your site you make no money with insanely expensive HDP that you can't afford and yet somehow knocks you out of buying insurance or getting help. They neglact to tell you when you are getting hired that you also get no breaks besides a lunch and that your hours are a suggestion and that you will get out whenever they feel like letting you go. Then you go to training where from day one they tell you to ask questions but they dont want to explain anything. I literally had trainers walk away from me after I asked them a question without answering. On the other hand, if you are an obnoxious dude who wants to argue semantics - they will talk to you for two hours literally and waste everyone else's time. If you want to learn your job - forget about asking actual questions. Again literal walking away from you when you are lost( this was not just me). Speaking of obnoxious I'm not a prude and I believe in having fun too but when two dudes are yelling in a class about how funny it would be to be name themselves Cosby pharmacist during a trivia work "game" (you know because jokes about drugging and raping women are hilarious!) Nothing will get said. Again this was yelled across a room. This was not the only time I had to listen to this crap. I also had to listen to gross and graphic birth details from several of my colleagues. You are encouraged to bond until they know who you like and then they move you away from people who you can stand and will help you and place you among people being disgusting. Also bonus you are forced to watch trainers Twerk or make fools of themselves or tell stories that either make you dread the phone or are foolish. God forbid you learn the job. Upstairs where they take the calls there is Very little phone support. No one seems to have any idea what they are doing which would be fine. I get that you need to research but you have to start somewhere and disregarding questions not only hurts you but customers. Did I mention they spend hours on phone etiquette and then dont use it actually? I dont know how people still have jobs? Like swearing at clients is okay if you remember to apologize? This place is a mess and a joke. I feel sorry for the people in my class that wanted to learn the job like me but had to actually stay in that disrepsectful, insanely awful, rules for some people environment.

Cons

It gets worse those really were the pros.
