Pros

The people you work with are generally pleasant. The fact this is the only point here should tell you something.

Cons

I mean there aren't. The job is terrible, you're going to get abuse, the managers can be fine people, but they will look for any excuse whatsoever to extend your probation. Good luck when your 6 month probation is up, you'll have either poor performance (Need to hit marks like 85 cx approval) if you miss three days in that 6 month period it's extended, if they suspect "call avoidance" (You can literally hit that mark by going to the bathroom for 2 minutes), if you're late 3 times in that 6 month period, it's horrible. And the schedules good god. They're made by a half braindead ape. No sort of work/life balance, this place comes first no ifs ands or buts. They don't care, they'll change nothing based on employee feedback, you can literally spend your entire time employees not having access to several programs needed to carry out the job. Only work here if you are absolutely desperate for the money, as long as you're an EU citizen and can spell "yes" they'll take you. To recap -Apathetic and useless mangement -Extremely inefficient systems and policies -Terrible work life balance -Terrible on site resources -Huge turnover rate (I have worked with about 20 new people in the last 6 months) -Excuses -Pay is pathetic next to jobs in a similar market

Pros

Quick turn around time when you apply Modern building Onsite gym (it is like a work gym don't expect David Loyds) Good support for maternity leave

Cons

long hrs (you are at work 9 hrs a day, 1 hr break in total) no flexibility. No concern or understanding for mental health issues It does not matter what you know, only who you know, Nepotism is running wild at this company despite its rules and regulation Strict rules, everything is monitored, you even have to scan to get into the restroom to have a wee.
